Veg Chinese Springrolls
Ingredients
- For the spring roll sheets
- 1/2 Cup Maida
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- For Stuffing
- 2 Cups Chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
- 2 Chopped Julian Onions
- 2 Julian Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 Cup Sprouted Moong
- 1/2 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- to taste Salt
Steps

- Take all the ingredients for Springroll sheets and make a dough with a little water like one of chapati.
- 2. Make small round balls like of Puris and then roll them to the size of Puris.
- Take One Puri and spread some oil on it.
- Take another Puri of the same size and press it over the first one.
- Roll it again to make a Puri larger than the average Puri size.
- Roast this bigger Puri on a pan for around 30 seconds.
- Separate and open both Puris quickly when hot to have crispy sheets.Repeat for all sheets and now your springroll sheets are ready.
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp Oil on a pan and add Garlic Paste,Julian chopped Onions and cook for some minutes on a fast gas.
- Now add Ginger Paste,Chopped Cabbage,grated carrot,sprouted Moong,Salt per taste and cook by tossing for 2 minutes.
- Add the Julian Chopped Capsicum,Green chilli paste,Soya sauce,Vinegar and mix on a fast gas.
- Alter the taste as per your taste and don't let it soften and keep it crispy.
- Your stuffing is ready.
- Once it cools down put it in the springroll sheets about 1/2 tbsp Stuffing.
- Take 2 tbsp Maida and add some water and make a batter.
- Stick the corners of the sheet as seen in the pictures.
- Give a springroll shape to it and fry them till crispy.
- Serve with Red Chilli Sauce or any preferred Soup.
