Egyptian spicy ketchup potatoes

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5 tbsp ketchup
  2. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  3. 1/3 cup dried red chilli peppers
  4. 1/3 tsp salt
  5. 1/3 tsp black pepper
  6. 3 medium potatoes

Steps     

15 mins
  1. Cut potatoes small square shaped
     
     
  2. Deep fry potatoes till they go golden
     
     
  3. Mix the ketchup, peppers, soy sauce, salt and black pepper and add all to the potatoes in a pan and stir it carefully for about 3 mins, or till the potatoes turn dark red
