Egyptian spicy ketchup potatoes
Ingredients

- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dried red chilli peppers
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 3 medium potatoes
Steps
15 mins
- Cut potatoes small square shaped
- Deep fry potatoes till they go golden
- Mix the ketchup, peppers, soy sauce, salt and black pepper and add all to the potatoes in a pan and stir it carefully for about 3 mins, or till the potatoes turn dark red
