Phyllo meat pie (Egyptian Gullash

Ingredients

  1. 300 g ground beef
  2. 500 g phyllo
  3. Anion
  4. Pepper
  5. Olive oil
  6. Garlic

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
     
     
  2. Heat 4 spoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Add onions and cook covered until onions begin to brown. Add beef, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, allspice and cinnamon.
     
     
  3. Cook over medium heat until meat has browned.
     
     
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
     
     
  5. Cut and serve.
